Groups will enjoy the following:

• Comfortable, large rooms for 2 – 6 people with laminate flooring, new contemporary furniture in solid wood, TV, ADSL connection, radio, safe, balcony and modern bathrooms.
• Open-plan apartments
• Lift facilities (apart for youth groups)
• Use of communal kitchen and lounge
• Garden with lawn area, BBQ, children’s playground and volley ball courts, table tennis and table football.
• Outdoor swimming pool from April to October. – It is possible to heat the pool for a supplement.
• Final cleaning. - The rooms must be left swept and tidy!!
• During the winter, we offer a ski cellar with ski-shoe warmers.
• Water and electricity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Arrival: from 2 p.m.
• Departure: before 10 a.m. Rooms and apartments must be left tidy and swept.
• Non-smoking policy: We are a non-smoking house. Please smoke outdoors!
• Reservations: Your booking is binding as soon as you receive a written confirmation from us either by email, fax or post.
• Pets: You can bring your pet if you state this in your booking. Fees: €3 per day.
• Payment: You can pay in advance straight into our bank account or in cash when you arrive. We do not accept credit cards.
